How the fasting programs work

Set the Fasting Program

The first thing is to set the kind of fasting program you will do. We have:

  • One meal a day fasting
  • Alternate day fasting
  • Fasting every 3 days

These programs repeat continuously for at least one month.

Get your Advisor

Next, we introduce you to your fasting advisor. This person is responsible for monitoring your vitals, you can reach out to them every day to help guide you through the process and they will contact you each day to gather your vitals. They will also visit you in person several times per week if you are doing the in-person program.

Monitoring

We teach you how to take your vitals every day using the fasting monitoring tools we recommend. These are vital for us to monitor your progress and health each day. You cannot undertake our fasting program unless you are gathering these vitals every day.

Nutrition

We set the meals you will eat during the eating periods. For in-person visits we can do a meal prep for you so you don't have to think about it at all. For those in Bangkok, we can deliver these meals to you on the day for eating. For others we are able to sometimes cook the meal for you in your own home.

The fasting program is very structured and to get the results, you are required to stick to it.

It's hard to cheat because of the daily monitoring. And in-person visits help to hold you to account.
