This involves all daily calories in a single meal each day. Preferably in the early afternoon. You will consume this meal within a one hour window. It will be primarily protein so you stay within ketosis.
You can expect gradual weight loss, fixing insulin sensitivity and a simple eating regimen.

Expect more rapid and sustained weight loss along with all the benefits of the OMAD diet. This program will also feature much deeper cell repair and regeneration.
The top of the chain is our 72 hour fasting program. You will eat one large high protein meal within a one hour window every 72 hours. Your meal will be quite substantial to encourage satiation and of course will be low carb and high protein so you remain within ketosis.
Expect rapid wdight loss, deep ketosis and excellent cell repair and regeneration.
However this program is not very easy to do in the first round, it does take some time to get into.
The meals you eat will be high protein and low carb. Those who are vegetarian or vegan might have a problem doing the program as there are not very good sources of vegetable protein that are low carb.
We do not recommend the program for Vegetarians and Vegans unless they are willing to eat high quality animal protein during the fasting period.
